Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on location.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access control systems and verify credentials for personnel, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and access-related records.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points and perimeter areas.
