Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, direct approved personnel and deliveries.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Support site access compliance and PPE protocols.
