Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by applicable laws.
• License requirements may apply in state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Verify credentials, maintain logs, issue badges as authorized, and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
• Screen personnel, vehicles, and deliveries to protect restricted areas such as production, warehouse, and shipping zones.
• Respond calmly to access-control alarms, incidents, and emergencies, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, gates, parking areas, and perimeter; document observations and incidents.
