Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen in accordance with laws.
• Guard card or license preferred; driving license for driving positions may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and contractor or delivery access in accordance with site policies.
• Maintain accurate access-control records, including visitor logs, badge issuance, key control, and entry/exit activity, while communicating irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, production-adjacent exterior areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
