Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking an Access Control Security Officer for their client site. This role involves observing and reporting activities, ensuring security and safety. The position requires frequent physical activity, including sitting, standing, and lifting.

Eligible candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must pass a drug screen and background check. The schedule includes rotating 12-hour shifts, and training is provided for those with a service

Access Control Security Officer

Wage: $19.10/hour

Must have dispatch experience. Schedule includes rotating 12‑hour shifts: 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally as part of physical duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
• No prior experience required; training provided for those with retail, food service, or hospitality background.
