Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer / Guard to patrol client sites and deter threats while ensuring safety for personnel and property.

The role offers either full-time or part-time schedules and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour with daily and weekly pay options. Responsibilities include observing and reporting activities, following security procedures, and maintaining a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well alone.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Must meet and continue to meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards.
• No experience required; prior retail, food service, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, including climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and traversing uneven terrain.
• Lift or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
