Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks a Guard I for multiple shifts at Redstone Arsenal to perform unarmed security and access-control duties at designated IACPs and posts. You will verify identities, inspect persons and vehicles, operate access-control equipment, and respond to incidents to protect personnel and information on a Federal installation.

Requirements include US citizenship or lawful permanent residency, high school diploma, and the ability to pass medical and PAT tests.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency.
• Must be able to write factual incident and daily reports.
• Must pass post-offer medical exam and AR 190-56 PAT.
• Preferred: security- or installation-related experience and ASRB credentials.

Responsibilities

• Control pedestrian and vehicle access at IACPs; verify IDs and passes.
• Perform inspections of personnel, vehicles, and items per post orders.
• Grant or deny access with high accuracy per directives.
• Operate access-control devices, barriers, and radios; respond to incidents.
