Job summary

Responsibilities

• Stand post at entry/exit points to verify identifications and conduct surveillance of suspicious items, packages, and people.
• Control access to incident scenes; inspect packages and vehicles entering/leaving the facility.
• Operate x-ray machine and metal detectors; search visitors and deliveries for prohibited items.
• Direct individuals who cause disturbances to leave the property; manage perimeters and barricades as needed.
• Coordinate receipt, issuance, and tracking of keys, key cards, passes, and vehicle decals.
