Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by enforcing access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain access-control records.
• Screen personnel, vehicles, and deliveries; report unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and facility perimeters.
