Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Access Patrol in Jonestown, PA. The role involves patrolling, monitoring access points, and delivering professional customer service to protect clients across industries.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour. Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles, with a high school diploma and background check required.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and employees following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, parking, yard and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting irregularities per site procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports and shift handoff communications.
