Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• 21+ years old; physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Valid state security license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents/visitors in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Verify credentials of incoming/outgoing individuals and vehicles.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms; report suspicious activity.
• Patrol interior/exterior areas to identify safety/security risks.
• Maintain logs and reports; enforce rules and regulations.
