Job summary

Marksman Security is hiring experienced security officers to join our team. Roles include lobby desk, patrol, control center, access control, emergency response and risk management, with opportunities for advancement.

Two years of customer service experience
Two years of security experience
Law Enforcement Experience
Corrections Experience
Military Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or something similar

Responsibilities

Deter criminal activity and misconduct
Respond to alarms, calls of distress, or emergencies by calling police, fire departments and/or local emergency response teams.
Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons
Prepare clear, concise, accurate reports.
Operate access control systems, utilize a computer for incident reports, navigate security software systems or applications and use email.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills, professional demeanor, and appearance.
Demonstrate experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications and performing in a high-pressure environment
Other duties to be determined by security supervisor
