Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access control systems and verify authorization for entry to restricted areas at a technology-focused location.
• Manage visitor and contractor check-in and issue temporary access credentials; maintain access records.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular/patrols of entry points and perimeter to identify unauthorized access.
