Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific procedures and access control protocols.
Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals.
Respond calmly to alarms and incidents, following escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production areas, parking, and perimeter.
Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control exceptions for site leadership.
