Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while performing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain access-control records.
• Screen and direct visitors, contractors, and deliveries per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and policy violations; report unusual activity through proper channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, business areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
