Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with six months of related experience.
• Willing to work Fuji's DuPont rotating 12-hour schedule including days/nights.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Complete routine records and reports and communicate effectively by radio.
• Pass background screening, drug screening, and pre-placement physical.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming road freight drivers, contractors, and visitors; verify purpose and direct to Fuji contact or department.
• Follow site-entry procedures and maintain accountability for entrants.
• Monitor Access Control Manager system and report discrepancies promptly.
• Obtain Freight Order Numbers, verify pickup appointments, and communicate site instructions to drivers.
• Verify trailer seals, QA approvals, shipping docs, and loading conditions before releasing a trailer.
• Maintain audit-ready logs of truck traffic, contractors, and visitors.
• Follow emergency procedures and support accountability during evacuations.
• Escalate discrepancies or shipment-release concerns promptly.
