Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: customer service experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers or tablets preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors while enforcing site procedures and access-control policies.
• Verify identifications, credentials, access authorizations, and visitor documentation before entry.
• Monitor access points, visitor management systems, alarm panels, and camera feeds; report anomalies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access-control points and entrances to deter unauthorized entry.
