Job summary

The Visitor Control Specialist at Cayuse Holdings is responsible for receiving, processing, screening, and credentialing visitors and personnel at cleared facilities, following strict Post Orders and government directives. The role ensures secure issuance of badges and access control while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

In this position, you will collaborate with government staff, operate credentialing systems, and perform screening with X-ray and metal detectors. U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in visitor control, access control, security operations, or credentialing preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed Post Orders and Government procedures.
• Must pass background checks and hold required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process visitors and guests at the Visitor Control Center (VCC).
• Issue retention, temporary, or visitor badges per clearance level.
• Produce CACs per Government requirements and capture credential photos.
• Operate credentialing and access control systems and screen with X-Ray/metal detectors.
• Collaborate with Government staff to troubleshoot access issues and resolve discrepancies.
