Job summary

New Age Protection, Inc. is seeking personnel for security roles requiring a TS/SCI clearance to monitor and control access at secure facilities in Maryland. The position includes shift work with both full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, inspecting facilities, operating access control and screening equipment, and coordinating with dispatch for safety and security operations.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Report and/or correct unsafe conditions, procedures, or activities.
• Take all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of personnel.
• Assist with processing individuals into secure facilities at various locations.
• Conduct random inspections to ensure prohibited items are not introduced into facilities.
• Secure designated areas in accordance with post orders and security regulations.
• Monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV), intrusion detection systems, fire alarms, and dispatch personnel as necessary.
• Monitor access into and out of facilities by verifying personnel identification and recognizing various government-issued credentials and badges.
• Operate and maintain manual and computerized access control systems, databases, and other related equipment.
• Operate walk-through metal detectors, including fixed and portable units, X-ray equipment, and other screening equipment at pedestrian control points.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Sunday–Thursday: 2230/2300–0700

Part-Time

• Sunday–Thursday: 2230/2300–0700
