Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks an Activity Security Representative I to provide multi-disciplinary security support for a customer facility, handling day-to-day Collateral, SCI and SAP activities.

Responsibilities include reviewing classifications, maintaining a document accountability database, processing classified mail, assisting with access control badges, visitor logs, and security education programs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent (4 years) experience.
• Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR)

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
• Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Perform destruction of classified materials; process magnetic media for accountability
• Reproduction support for classified materials
• Maintain various daily logs for administrative functions and document control
• Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer files and transfer data to internal customers
• Maintain an extensive customer database; act as a point of contact
• Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound/outbound visit notices
• Escort facility visitors and maintain logs; assist in badge prep
• Conduct entry/exit inspections; support access control systems
• Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database; maintain billets and quota
• Maintain personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element
• Follow and enforce the customer’s SOPs; support security awareness programs
• Provide miscellaneous administrative support as directed by site lead/Senior Security Representative
