The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in access center leadership, strong operational acumen, and a passion for superior patient experience.

Formación

• Must have at least 2 years' experience in Access Center management in healthcare.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in customer service.
• Experience with performance metrics, quality assurance, staffing, workforce management, training, hiring, and technology.
• Knowledge of Access Center technology and healthcare systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a group of supervisors and agents; establish performance standards.
• Provide coaching and performance management to staff; handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Practice Relations to align with clinical operations and physician schedules.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Access Center employees; participate in employment decisions.
• Foster a learning environment to develop staff skills and career paths.
• Coordinate with leaders to ensure open communication for integrated operations.
• Develop and improve processes to enhance patient experience and Center efficiency.
• Supervise day-to-day activities: prioritize, schedule, monitor productivity, ensure policy compliance.
• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct appraisals; address performance concerns.
