Henry Ford Health is seeking an Access Center Clinician for our Jackson, Michigan campus to provide evidence-based care to patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders in emergency and inpatient settings. You will conduct assessments, coordinate care, and plan dispositions with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires a Master's in Social Work or Counseling, full LMSW/LPC licensure (or LLMSW/LLPC with the requirement to obtain full licensure within 12 months and 4,000

As an Access Center Clinician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering evidence-based care to patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. You’ll conduct clinical assessments, coordinate care, and plan dispositions in emergency and inpatient settings. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll ensure effective treatment and support for this vulnerable population.
