Terros Health is seeking a Benefit & Eligibility Specialist to assist patients in navigating insurance coverage, including Medicaid, Medicare and AHCCCS. The role involves eligibility verification, enrollment support and financial screening to promote timely access to services within a patient-centered care model.

Responsibilities include assisting with benefit applications, renewals, and outreach, while maintaining accurate records in the EHR and ensuring HIPAA compliance across all processes.

Qualifications

• Navigate Medicaid, Medicare, AHCCCS and commercial plans.
• Perform eligibility verification and enrollment assistance.
• Conduct outreach and financial screening to minimize barriers to care.
• Maintain HIPAA and payer compliance across workflows.

Responsibilities
