Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Access Associate at the Batavia Medical Campus to greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance, and handle payments. This full-time role supports the Administrative department in a busy clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong customer service skills, and solid computer proficiency. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at 8103 Oak Orchard Rd, Batavia, NY 14020.

• Intermediate computer skills.

• Registration & Verification: Complete patient registration, verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Billing & Payments: Collect and process payments as applicable
