Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years in customer service, strong computer skills, and fast, accurate data entry (35 wpm). Training begins with a two-week paid session in Norwood.

Job Overview:
Performs Scheduling or Registration functions in a timely and accurate manner: working with TH ancillary departments to coordinate care and communicate with patients and physicians/offices to obtain information necessary to schedule and/or register patients. Provide excellent customer service and answer patient questions and resolve issues. Collect of copays, standard deposits and deductibles. SCHEDULING: schedule physician ordered tests in accordance with department guidelines; correlate medical diagnosis with ordered tests/procedures for medical necessity purposes that is required to receive reimbursement. REGISTRATION: educate patients on TH required legal compliance paperwork and provide financial triage (can properly direct patient with financial questions and explain concepts of insurance).
