Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Access & AI Enablement Engineer in Dublin to design and deliver software on the Salesforce platform with an AI-first approach. You will reduce operational overhead through automation and coach teammates on best practices.

You will own outcomes, validate AI-generated results, and scale the scope as the team grows, collaborating across enterprise Salesforce environments.

Qualifications

• Experience on Salesforce platform (declarative + technical).
• Salesforce Admin certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder.
• Experience performing Salesforce admin work in a large-scale enterprise.

The Experience

Join our team as an Access & AI Enablement Engineer in Dublin, where you'll design and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform and use AI as a core part of how the work gets done. You'll reduce operational overhead through automation, and help your teammates build AI-first habits along the way.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Design, build, and deliver software solutions, with code/solution reviews, testing, and quality assurance for your own and others' work
• Apply AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive processes and reduce operational overhead in existing workflows
• Partner with and upskill teammates on best practices, including AI-first approaches to problem-solving
• Own the full outcome of your work, including what AI generates on your behalf, and take on expanding scope as the team's remit grows

You're Our Person If...

• Proven experience on the Salesforce platform (declarative + technical)
• Engineering background with a demonstrated AI-first approach - you've orchestrated AI into a real workflow, not just used AI tools personally
• Track record reducing operational overhead/friction through automation or tooling
• Comfortable blending hands-on casework with peer coaching/upskilling, and validating AI-generated output for correctness, security, and team standards
• Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications, plus proven experience performing Salesforce admin work within a large‑scale, enterprise organisation.

• Familiarity with security/access governance concepts (least‑privilege, JIT access, SOX‑scoped orgs)
