Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative relationships with faculty and staff across campus and with community partners to address student needs.
• Partner with CARE Team to manage referrals; provide direct and referral services.
• Participate in College-wide activities supporting student success.
• Analyze information to appraise interests, abilities, and potential barriers to success; refer as appropriate.
• Evaluate and implement outreach/intervention strategies for pivotal student points.
• Identify target populations and coordinate referrals to college and community services.
• Assist students with personal and academic concerns; educate about available services.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree.

Three (3) years related work experience.

Evaluate new approaches to implement support and intervention strategies for students during pivotal points of the college experience. Apply an outreach/connection/triage/intervention/follow-up framework with students and coordinate referrals to College and community services as needed.
