Job TitleAcceptance InspectorJob DescriptionHelp ensure high-quality, compliant products by performing inspections, documenting nonconformances, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with operations to resolve issues and achieve performance goals.Your role:Helps to perform inspection of purchased finished goods received at the warehouse in a timely manner and adheres to established guidelines to ensure the quality and conformity of the goods as per specified standards before they are further processed or distributed. Performs timely final release acceptance activities for postponement/late customization within the warehouse.Supports the execution of delivery holds and certain hold activities as directed, contributing to ensuring product quality and compliance with standards.Helps in the assessments of supplier capabilities, executes protocols related to quality assurance, and ensures the integrity of purchased components for sustained product quality and compliance.Assists in maintaining daily management boards, collects data required to facilitate the tracking of onsite processes and operational key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports to management for informed decision-makingConducts quality notification (QN) processes from creation to closure, maintains all quality system records such as non-conformance reports (NCM) accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
