Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a Scheduler to manage complex program and project schedules onsite for client initiatives in the United States. You will integrate schedules, manage milestones, and provide proactive insights to project managers across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires experience with Primavera P6, strong communication skills, and the ability to work at client sites with a focus on schedule integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of direct or relevant experience with a degree OR 4–6 years without a degree.
• Experience supporting projects or portfolios valued under $1M.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and update program and project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets).
• Generate summary and lookahead schedules, milestones, and baseline variance reports.
• Coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problems.
• Ensure adherence to WBS, global codes, and templates; publish schedules in PDFs and other formats.
• Integrate Primavera P6 data with platforms like K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics.
• Support change management and perform QA/QC checks on schedules.
• Provide scheduling insights to project managers and attend project meetings.

• High school diploma
