Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an HR Records & Onboarding Specialist to manage employee files, update electronic records, and handle new hire paperwork and orientation. You’ll support HR reporting, compliance tracking, and lifecycle transactions with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree or HR cert, and solid organizational and communication skills. This on-site role offers competitive hourly compensation and robust benefits.

Responsibilities

THE WORK:

• You'll aintaimn employee records and personnel files, ensuring documents are accurate, complete, and properly organized
• You'll ensure employee electronic files are accurate and updated, and assist with HR reporting and audit requests
• You'll be collecting, reviewing and processing new hire paperwork and conducting new hire orientation.
• You'll help track and follow up on compliance items such as training completions, certifications, and policy acknowledgments
• You'll process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, rehires, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, compensation updates, status changes & separations
• You'll review transactions for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• You'll respond to employee inquiries, questions and concerns
• You'll escape complex policy or system issues to appropriate HR or HRIS resources.
• You'll provide excellent customer service to all employees.
• You'll assist with the administration of HR programs projects and assigned activities.
• You'll be creating and maintaining employee files to ensure legal compliance.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or HR certification
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting technical/engineering positions preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees
• Proven ability to professionally and tactfully handle confidential information and situations
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Skill in using standard office software to prepare memos, reports and other documents
• Working knowledge of California and Federal labor laws and regulations

$26 - $29 an hour

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
