Accenture Construct is seeking a Construction Manager to lead complex, near-water infrastructure projects across public agencies and private clients. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, and contractor communications to deliver on time and within scope.
With 3–5+ years in heavy civil construction and a BS/BA in a relevant field, you’ll drive project readiness, oversee change orders, and partner with field inspectors to resolve issues while maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards.
You didn’t get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that’s the job. You’ll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - smarter, safer and more sustainably.
