Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for the Acceleration Office to join a shared‑service PM team at the Peachtree Corners, GA location. You will manage IT and business projects, lead Agile ceremonies, and partner with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in PM, experience with waterfall and Agile delivery, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (commensurate relevant experience may satisfy this requirement).
• 3–5 years of project management experience in IT or cross‑functional environment.
• Experience with waterfall and Agile delivery; agility outside software encouraged.
• Change management experience a plus; strong communication and organization skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and work streams from discovery through implementation.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and adapt Scrum practices for mixed teams.
• Scope, charter, and track projects with budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Communicate status to leadership and stakeholders; present outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
