Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Madison, WI to develop leadership skills while delivering exceptional car-care and service.

You’ll guide teams, uphold safety, and learn maintenance and operations in a fast-paced environment. The program offers structured training, growth potential, paid time off, health/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) match, and competitive pay with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week including opening, mid and closing shifts.
