Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a major in Engineering (Mechanical discipline preferred) from an accredited institution
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on‑going basis without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Engineering Excellence: Utilize your understanding of engineering fundamentals and structured problem‑solving to deliver high‑quality technical designs.
• Drive Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work alongside teams in Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Industrial Design.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Assess product designs for environmental sustainability and suggest enhancements.
• Orchestrate Project Details: Organize and coordinate technical activities, including test requests, bills of materials, engineering schedules, and other essential elements to support new product launches.
