Henkel is seeking a laboratory leader in the Adhesive Technologies unit in the United States. The role focuses on corrosion and physical testing, ensuring ISO/SAE standards, and guiding teams in daily activities and long-term projects.

You will collaborate with customers and stakeholders to align project priorities, manage inventory and safety in laboratories, and provide technical guidance through strong critical thinking and presentation skills.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in a laboratory setting with a focus in Corrosion and Physical testing preferred.
• Able to articulate and negotiate well with team and customers.
• Proficient in presenting at business and technical level.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Laboratory Management System (LIMS).
• Statistical & Quality background.
• Proficient at reviewing ASTM, SAE, etc. methods for proper execution.
• Independent critical thinking for process improvements and troubleshooting.

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 and $100,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
