Job summary

Shamrock Business Consulting seeks an ACC Manager to administer Autodesk Construction Cloud across programs on data center projects. You will stand up new projects, define folder structures, set permissions, build templates, and ensure consistent workflows.

You will own document control, manage model coordination, and develop dashboards for leadership using Power BI or Insight. Strong governance, training, and turnover documentation are essential to pass owner audits.

Job description

Shamrock Business Consulting is working with a mission-critical builder to find an ACC Manager.

You own Autodesk Construction Cloud across the program. Project setup, permissions, document control,

workflows, integrations, and the reporting leadership actually uses. On a data center campus the

document trail is not paperwork — it is what gets a building accepted and turned over. This is the seat that

makes sure it holds up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud across the account — ACC Build, Docs, Model Coordination, and BIM 360 where it is still in use
• Stand up new projects: folder structures, naming standards, permission sets, roles, and templates that stay consistent from one phase to the next
• Own document control — drawing sets, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, revision management, and issue tracking
• Configure and maintain workflows and approval routing to match how the project team actually works
• Manage user access for internal staff, trade partners, design teams, commissioning agents, and owner representatives
• Support model coordination and clash workflows in partnership with VDC and the trades
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting, including Power BI or Insight, for project and executive leadership
• Manage integrations between ACC and the rest of the stack — scheduling, ERP, and commissioning platforms such as CxAlloy
• Own turnover and closeout documentation, and make sure system dossiers and as-builts are complete and traceable
• Train project teams and onboard subcontractors, then hold the standard once they are on the platform
• Enforce data governance, audit compliance, and archive projects at closeout

WHAT YOU BRING

• Hands-on administration of Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 on active construction projects — not just end-user experience
• Construction background: you understand submittals, RFIs, drawing revisions, and why a missing document becomes a schedule problem
• Experience setting up projects from scratch and standardizing across a portfolio
• Comfortable training people who do not want to be trained, and holding the standard afterward
• Reporting and dashboard skills — Power BI, Autodesk Insight, or equivalent
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE

• Data center, mission-critical, or other large-scale program experience
• Familiarity with commissioning documentation and L0–L5 turnover requirements
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, or Bluebeam
• Exposure to Procore, CMiC, or Primavera P6 alongside ACC

WHY THIS ROLE

Plenty of people can use ACC. Very few can run it across a program, hold trade partners to a standard, and produce a turnover package that survives an owner audit. On data center work that skill is worth real money, and it is the difference between a clean acceptance and a fight at the end of the job.
