Banner - University Medicine Tucson seeks board certified/eligible vascular neurologists to join our clinical faculty and multidisciplinary stroke team at the Joint Commission Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. The position includes direct patient care, teaching and academic activities, and opportunities to participate in clinical research.

A full appointment within the Department of Neurology is anticipated, with protected research time possible depending on background and interests.

Qualifications

• ABPN board certification or eligibility is required.
• Fellowship in Stroke/Vascular Neurology is required or strongly preferred.
• Interest in teaching and academic practice within a medical center.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care at a Joint Commission Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center.
• Engage in teaching and academic activities; contribute to clinical research.
