Banner - University Medical Group Phoenix is seeking a BC/BE Urologist with an Endourology focus to join our Department of Urology. This is an academic practice offering opportunities in education, research, and clinical leadership.

The role includes outpatient/inpatient duties, minimally invasive endourology procedures, and a pathway to establish a residency program, with a faculty appointment commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology.
• Subspecialty Fellowship in Endourology (1-2 years).
• Arizona Medical Licensure (or eligible).
• DEA license with prescribing privileges (or eligible).
• Expertise in laser technology and advanced imaging.
• Proficiency in complex endoscopic techniques.
• Commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
• Experience with diverse patient populations.
• Collaborative mindset to support program growth.

Responsibilities

• Clinical duties: Outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, OR cases, and shared call coverage
• Subspecialty focus on minimally invasive endoscopic procedures
• Upper urinary tract pathology (kidneys, ureters)
• Advanced stone disease management
• Procedures include, but are not limited to: Ureteroscopy, retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS), percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), and novel BPH treatments
