Job summary

The VA Boston Healthcare System is seeking an academically oriented staff urologist with expertise in Endourology, focusing on benign prostatic hyperplasia. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record with teaching, research, and publications in Urology.

Position offers opportunities in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, general urology coverage, and leadership growth within the service. Collaborative patient care with interdisciplinary teams is emphasized.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an approved school.
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States.
• Board eligible or certified in Urology; faculty eligibility may apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat full range of urologic conditions.
• Perform minimally invasive, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries.
• Provide outpatient and inpatient urologic care and calls.
• Teach and supervise residents and fellows; participate in research.
