Job summary
A regional academic institution in Illinois seeks a dedicated tutor to provide individualized instruction for students in lower-level courses such as POL 101, 106, and 140. The candidate will conduct small-group sessions and assist with study strategies in a friendly and supportive environment. Applicants should have a GPA of at least 2.80 and a grade of A or high B in the course(s) being tutored. This position allows for 6–15 hours of work per week with a pay of $15.00 per hour.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of lower-level courses such as POL 101, 106, and 140.
Proficiency in the subject area preferred.
Ability to maintain tutoring records.
Responsibilities
