The Fessenden School in West Newton, MA seeks an Learning Resources Academic Tutor to provide one-on-one support for boys in grades 5–9, focusing on assignments, organization, and study skills. Tutors typically meet individually with students and tailor instruction to individual needs.
Hours are variable based on need and tutor availability, including afternoon and evening sessions during the school year 2026-2027.

The Learning Resources Academic Tutor provides one-on-one support for boys in Grades 5–9 who have been identified as needing additional support in any of a variety of subject areas, as well as organization, executive functioning, and study skills. Academic Tutors typically meet one-on-one with students.
60-minute sessions are $105/hour. Most sessions are 45 minutes and are paid at $77.75 per session.
