Job summary

City Year seeks an Academic Tutor and Mentor to work full-time in partner schools, delivering one-on-one and small-group tutoring in core subjects while supporting teachers during instruction. You will track student progress and foster positive relationships with students.

You will collaborate with a diverse AmeriCorps team, serve as a positive role model, and contribute to educational equity in a mission-driven environment. Training and leadership development are provided.

Qualifications
