Job summary

City Year is seeking an Academic Tutor and Mentor to support students' academic and social-emotional growth in public schools. You will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring on an AmeriCorps team, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers to reinforce classroom instruction.

You will coach students in attendance, behavior, and coursework, build positive relationships, and model leadership within City Year's collaborative culture and training programs.
