Job summary

Salpointe Catholic is seeking an Accommodations Assistant to support the Lancer Accommodations Program by coordinating and proctoring accommodated testing, assisting students with learning accommodations, and maintaining confidential records. The role includes supervising students in In-School Suspension and ensuring a structured, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets & Forms).
• Classroom management and student supervision experience preferred.
• Experience in a high school setting a plus.
• DPS IVP card required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and proctor accommodated testing daily to support the Lancer Accommodations Program.
• Maintain confidential testing records and student documentation.
• Supervise students in ISS and ensure a safe, structured environment.
• Prepare testing materials and organize testing spaces before/after sessions.
• Record attendance and monitor sign-ups and testing times.
