UW Bothell's School of Business has an outstanding opportunity for Academic Services Coordinator to join their team. This is a temporary position and is anticipated to continue for up to 12 months.
Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Programs, the Academic Services Coordinator plays an integral role in the coordination and management of undergraduate academic services. This position provides primary oversight of course waivers and transfer evaluations, pre major admission reviews, faculty coordination, and all application-based courses ensuring consistent policy implementation and a high quality student experience. In addition, the Program Manager serves as a key partner to the Director of Undergraduate Programs in advancing program visibility and enrollment goals through the development of comprehensive marketing and outreach initiatives, including print, video, and web content. The role also manages the execution of high impact events supporting student engagement, career pathways, and external outreach.

The UW Bothell School of Business offers a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, along with four minors that support the education of 1,300+ students across the University of Washington. The Undergraduate Programs Office works collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to advance and support the academic success of students. The school has over 30 full-time faculty, a team of 15 staff members and student assistants and several adjunct faculty members.
