Reports to: Academic Resource Center, and Coordinator of Services


Position Responsibilities:



  • Be professional, reliable, and offer encouragement and positive feedback to student and parents.

  • Prepare lessons for each session ahead of time using MyLion.

  • Summarize daily work completed with each student on google doc noting content and strategies.

  • Be responsible with available computer use

  • Complete billing biweekly using Google doc, Google spreasheets and Ultipro

  • Prepare regular monthly comments for teachers and parents.

  • Report to session on time so that session charges reflect actual time spent with student.

  • Check email regularly to keep up with changes within the divisions.
