Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a Nursing Education Liaison to serve as the primary link between community nursing programs and TMH. This full-time role supports students, faculty, and clinical groups, ensuring smooth experiences and strong partnerships.

The position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, addressing barriers to success, and assisting with recruitment and hiring of nursing candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in academic and/or healthcare settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison between community nursing programs and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH).
• Fosters strong partnerships and ensures positive experiences for nursing students, faculty members, and clinical groups.
• Identifies and addresses barriers to success.
• Supports the recruitment and hiring of nursing candidates.
• Collaborates with internal teams to enhance the nursing student experience.
• Performs miscellaneous duties.

Qualifications

Required Education: Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field.
