Job summary

The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine and the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine invite applications for a Pulmonary/Critical Care physician at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor rank. This is a full-time, 12-month faculty appointment at USF with attending staff privileges at Tampa General Hospital.

The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, clinical care, and research, and may advise students

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with demonstrated teaching, research and service.
• Board certified/eligible in Critical Care and Pulmonary Diseases.
• Must hold or be eligible for Florida medical license or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical Critical Care at Tampa General Hospital and affiliated sites.
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows in critical care and related services.
• Engage in academic advising and related administrative activities.
• Represent the university in teaching, research and service.
