Job summary

The University of Southern California (USC) invites applications for full-time clinical faculty in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. Join a growing academic division and contribute to resident and fellow education, research, and patient care in a diverse urban setting.

Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine and either board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary Disease and/or Critical Care Medicine, with CA licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Internal Medicine.
• Board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary Disease and/or Critical Care Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in California.
• Strong clinical skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient pulmonary and critical care services and ICU coverage.
• Inpatient pulmonary consultation services and diagnostic pulmonary procedures.
• Care of patients with complex pulmonary and critical illness in academic/clinical settings.
• Outpatient pulmonary medicine practice and night coverage in a team-based model.
• Teaching and supervision of residents, fellows, and advanced providers.
• Collaboration with Keck Medicine, USC and multidisciplinary clinical programs.
