Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Experience with full lifecycle project implementation methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multiple client projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for academic/public health clients and maintain proactive communication.
• Assemble cross-functional teams and track detailed milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks / issues and escalate with mitigations and actions.
• Manage key accounts and complex multi-phase academic studies and research orgs.
• Deliver training to customers via phone, webinar, or on-site sessions.
• Demonstrate Ametris platforms and systems to clients.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve product-related issues.
• Facilitate change orders and scope adjustments between commercial teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate project data in internal PM systems.
• Represent Ametris at domestic and international events as needed.
• Mentor junior PMs and promote cross-department collaboration.
